In domestic companies ,ones are aware of the culture and custom of their own country they know what to do not to offend manager and employees and what to do to make them pleased.also they feel more comfortable and secure while in international companies ones may not able to adapt themselves to their situation actually they may not know their culture and custom furthermore it is difficult for them to feel secure.
