I'm with ya 100%. No doubt they've done some shady stuff in the past and haven't always had the best experience but they sell video games... do it just a little better and the product they sell will create all the good times and repeat customers they can handle!

GameStop is the first place I go to buy physical games. February I bought the Metro: Exodus preorder and I got a compass. In March I preorder Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and I got a replica kitana letter opener.March 24, 2019 I wanted to buy Outward: The Adventure Sim for my PlayStation 4. I call GameStop here in Paramount California. The worker said no body preorder the game so GameStop don't have any in store. I never heard of a store that sell physical games not have at least 1 copy of the game that just release.
This game Outward: The Adventure Sim was made by 10 people so the advertisement wasn't popular. Otherwise I would have preorder the game from GameStop.I end up getting the game from Target. The game was deliver on April 2, 2019 which was 1 week later. Yes the game is on Steam and Epic. But I always want the game in physical if I can for PlayStation 4.I will keep supporting GameStop for physical games. I don't want them to go out of business. Close stores means more unemployment and families sufferings.
I'm glad to see your video trying to give GameStop some great tips. Most of the videos about GameStop is negatives and getting click bait.So my next preorder at GameStop will be Outworld 2019 when ever that comes out and of coarse Cyber Punk 2077. I don't really buy too many games. But there are games that I would love to have as a physical copy.
Gamestop definitely needs to do SOMETHING because the gaming industry is slowly moving to all digital and streaming. Sadly...physical media is slowly dying. Good video man!

i had a recent survey come to my email from gamestop, idk if this is one of the reasons why, to gather info? hm? but with the hate gamestop gets, i’m with them only because they are the only place to get physical releases and just a experience of going into a store to browse the shelves 😃
That sound interesting, but i think it will be hard for them to rebuild their brand. I can speak only for myself, i live in Italy, and sometimes i give them a shot and i try to check their stores. Many times the store games were different from what was listed on their site ( games avaiable on site and out of stock in the store), with clerks far away from being capable of doing their job. I mean, one time i asked for Luigi's Mansion 2 ( it was recently released as Nintendo Selects) for 19.99, and he answered: " oh we don't have a brand new one, but i can sell you a used one for 35,99, cause, you know, if you buy the select versione you don't buy the whole game!". I walked away speechless.
