    I just started reading cardiology and you made this video. It really clarified a lot of confusing stuff. Thank you sooo much Dr. Randy. Also can you please make a video on eccentric vs concentric hypertrophy, pressure overload vs volume overload. This is another confusing concept

    pr interval is usually 3-5 small squares on ecg 120-200 milli seconds ..the first ecg was not very clear in this regards

    1st degree- ⬆️PR interval AV node block
    2nd degree I- wenkebach ⬆️ PR longer longer longer drop- block in Av node
    2nd degree II- normal PR drop block in His purkinje BBB
    3rd degree- no association betwn P wave and QRS complex (lyme disease) his purkinje system block
