That 4 second penalty is absolute bullshit, prime Forza MS penalty system; penalises the victim and not the one at fault. How are you at fault for someone else losing control of their car? Make it make sense

Yeah, I get much more frustrated with the penalty system than other drivers. Accidents are going to happen but when I routinely get penalized for something that wasn't my fault, it really tests my patience.
