Bought it for mainly charging 21700 protected cells and some aa and aaa. First charging seemed to be ok but after 4 uses it would say full charge yet the charge volts were well below the batteries max volts used it more and it got worse. Thought maybe I got a bad one so started researching more reviews and found others complaining of the same issue. Contacted XTAR which was good replying but offering no solutions except to return it for refund or exchange. I returned it for refund. My old Miboxer still charges to full voltage after years of use.

Bought this and had to return it because it doesn't charge 1.5v rechargeable cells. I really wanted the testing/storing feature this charger has but I'm stuck with their bare bones charger for 1.5v until they update to a 1.5v Li-ion charger with a battery tester and display.
