When I first heard Dead & Co, I immediately dismissed them because the songs were just so painfully slow. One late night, for whatever reason, they were playing on through my speakers.. and I wept at the amazing beauty of it all. The slow tempo is now my favorite part of this band. I like to think of it this way: dead and co. Don’t play Grateful Dead songs, they play love letters to Grateful Dead songs. And they’re beautiful.

The only GratefulDead DeerCreek show I ever missed was the one when Heads tore down fencing. I even saw Further Festival, Other Ones, the Dead, & each Dead &Company's show here... Lots of great music! Let there be songs to fill the air!!! ✌👽

Walking Dead and Bad Co is the second worst Grateful Dead cover band” in music history the worst being dark thief not and orchestra This band is a grift. A money machine. Covering up Jerry’s iconic masterpieces not revealing or honoring. It sounds redundant desperate and Mr ego Jon Meeger is like a Jerry vampire. I hope this band fades into oblivion This music is like bringing a very loud ghetto blaster playing a Grateful Dead show full blast at the front of the show live. So sad it’s self degrading
