Brilliant! I guess this is from a repeat showing in about 1983. By this time, they used to show a repeated programme on Tuesdays, and a new one on Fridays. The singers were Rod, Jane and Roger on Tuesdays; and Rod, Jane and Freddy on Fridays.
Not many at all, I don't think, and certainly not as early as 1976, I'm afraid. Sorry about that. I've got something else from 1980 coming in the next few days, though.

My dad told me that he used to watch this show when he was little. I find Rainbow very interesting and cool.

So schweet...this programme lives in a prelapsarian edenic age and I find it soothing as the world seems a little too much atm....
