This song is such a powerful piece of music. It's one song that no matter how many people cover, or create their own versions, it holds it's strength. Violet's vocals here were able to shine and form a sanctimonious harmony with the power the song already has on its own.
I was really nervous about dropping my own vocals into this choir, but in the end, it came out better than I could ever had imagined. It gave me a warm feeling, to be among this powerful community of people that I've never met, but feel strangely close to now that this video has released. Even if it was only a few seconds of singing, the connection it makes me feel is phenomenal, and such a fantastic gift to end this year upon.

My mom passed away on Dec 18, 2022. I sang this song at her memorial- it was the first time I'd sang in front of people, and everyone was shocked. If I had known I would have participated in this colab. I've always wanted to sing, but I'm hard of hearing and always been shy... So why not sing this on front of 200 people for the first time?! 😂
