Those black inserts on the side panels were meant to come off as one piece with the release tabs. That's why you had to glue it back together

There is hdd cover on one side and it come off separately.

Love these upgrades and such. But would love to see other consoles being used a bit more often. Like the different versions of the PS2 and PS3 as well. Maybe a Nintendo 64, stuff like that. Seen too many Xboxes lately on your channel.
To release the back where the power inserts, there is a tiny hole under the sticker. Makes it so much easier to open.
