Intensity is hard to train for. Sometimes you need a few races to get up to speed and get the heart rate maxing out. Glad you are going to take it seriously because I seriously enjoy watching the journey. Good luck!)

Thats so sick!! I dont know why but i was smilling ear to ear when top chick was pushing the bike before moto 1, she was struggling but so stoked at the same time. Thats what memories are made of. Big fan from QC Canada, keep up the good work🤟🤟
Matty....you have to get better and more nutrition in especially first thing in the morning before riding and/or racing and before workouts. At least 150 grams of complex carbs, lots of protein and tons of electrolytes. Redmond real salt is inexpensive but really good. Make sure you eat before drinking salt water though or you could get nauseous. LMNT is better tasting but more $$. Cramps are from lack of electrolytes so continually drink them all day since you'll sweat them out quickly. Also, eat more complex carbs throughout the day since you'll burn through them at a fast pace. Your exhaustion will disappear if you fuel yourself adequately and properly. Would love to see you at full strength as I'm sure your results will greatly improve if your training and racing nutrition is on point.

Matt, off the couch after a year+, from a 250 to a 450, couple days on a basically stock bike, zero support, no training amd at 6000 feet. How you had the stamina and strength to make it through not only practice and qualifying but both moto's is just hard to believe. You are a remarkable physical specimen (no gay)!
