The Forgotten Pyramid of Sternenfels

Nestled in the southwest of Germany, the village of Sternenfels (English: 'Star Rock') harbors a secret steeped in our prehistoric past. A secret that, aside from a few astute local researchers, remains largely unnoticed in a long-forgotten quarry on the town’s edge. It appears that the people of the Middle Ages were more in tune with this mystery, as suggested by the coat of arms belonging to the ancient local nobility, which continues to be the village's emblem today.
