Hi. I just bought the printer and try to print file from PC but I don't know whether my setting is wrong or what but the color came out softer than actual file. Can u help me how to print color the exact as file

You have to improve color instanity. Go to the printer screen. Press copy icon, click on screen showing 100% and then it will take to you copy settings. scroll down and look for color intensity and then increase it to get better results. I hope ot helps you. I will upload a video on it soon.
