  • Let's face it, we all have negative thoughts - WORRY (the mind lives in the future) and REGRET (the mind lives in the past). With so much worry and anxiety, how can we live in the present?
    Meditation always helps.
    For those that have problems in trying to be still, maybe start with one minute, then build your focus to two and so on.
    Start this meditation is by focusing on the breath and hearing the sound of OM.
    Omkara is the primordial sound from which the whole universe was created.
    Om is also called the the Brahman - God as sound or vibration.
    Yoga theory says that following the thread of Om during meditation back to more and more subtle levels of awareness, the yogi regains union with Brahman.
