I want to make one of these but have the human fully inside. Put his legs on stilts like DigiGrade stilts and have him almost laying on his stomach. Maybe add weight to the tail to balance out the front wait and bam. You no longer have legs hanging out.
We once try use stilts to support performer's legs, but hard to master balance. Suggest you make dinosaur suit's length within 4 meters long.

I have 3 of these dinosaurs. Only thing I would recommend is to relocate the speaker to the front. I’ve done birthday parties and events and kids always say it’s roar out it’s butt lol. Had to relocate it myself

How will u see if it’s a full costume? Cause that’s a half put so cool!
At the costume head, there is a camera which can send video to the screen inside the costume. You can see outside from the screen. At 0:11 in the video, you will find the screen
It always bugged me when some of these suits you can see the operators legs.... WAY better when they either a) Form the legs to bend like a human instead of an Ostrich, b) put the operator on stilts leaning forward, and then form them to also bend to mimic the Ostrich legs, or c) break the operators knees to operate like an Ostrich to preserve the appearance.
Nice suggestion! Now we have costumes that can hide the operator's leg.😄

LoL, you're a funny guy. This video is introduce the old version on 2016. In this year we upgrade a new version with two speakers. The one in the head for roar, the other one on the back for fart, lol

@@onlydinosaurs I'd like to know how to maintain it even after the warranty so I could have it as long as possible someday. I'm used to asking about that since I have to do that with other costumes I have.
@@Dinker27 If possible, store the costume in a cool, dark place when not in use, and avoid leaving it outside in the sun for extended periods of time. Make sure the costume is completely dry before storing it, and consider using a dehumidifier in the storage area to help prevent moisture buildup. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals. In hot climates, it's especially important to avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals on the costume, as they can cause the fabric to break down more quickly.

The monitor in front of performer is connected to a camera which fit in the nose area.
Would love buy one these Dino/raptor suits. But I’d make sure you hide the legs. When see the person legs. It’s just Ruins the whole thing. I looked on line to see how much it’s cost order one these Dino suits for me here Canada (as of feb2021). Converting to $2000 USA dollars to Canada. Would cost me almost $2500 Canadian or more. Not including shipping. OUCH

For a completed suit, be prepared to spend upwards of 6 grand. Not including shipping fees. ;n; which would probably be another 1k after you counter in freight and the truck delivery from the port.
