The price of this house is overpriced at least 2-2.5 times!!! - such houses in Europe or near Moscow - cost about 12÷15 million $!!!
Plus very typical basic design. Features are of 2-4M homes in same area. Basic stairs. Old plan. Standard vanity cabinets. Basic Standard features throughout. Need to grow up by at least 10 levels to ask that price. But of course its bay area where people don't understand modern contemporary + features
