- In a big development, Hamas' chief in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, exited the tunnels and met with the terrorists aboveground. As per startling reports, Sinwar "recently inspected areas that witnessed clashes between Hamas and the IDF, and met some of his fighters". Sinwar, who has been hunkering down in tunnels for months and is Israel’s number one target, held talks with Hamas’ leaders abroad. The report implied that Sinwar comes out intermittently and then goes back underground.
