Prevention: Start in 20’s: UV protectants, visible light protectants, stabilized form of antioxidants to preserve the youth
You also want ingredients that protect the moisture barrier (gatekeeper to collagen and elastin)A healthy skin barrier promotes skin health overall.
Maintenance: Start late 20’s-early 30's: Look for ingredients that will protect your skin's firmness, and radiance- collagen building and stimulation ingredients, and ingredients that help prevent degradation of collagen and elastin. One of the first signs that you can use as a signal that its time to move into the maintenance phase is ign 1:Signs of aging: enlarge pore appearance (they do not actually get larger but become more visible) because of the cushion around the pore-lining the supporting cellular matrix, the volume, and the firmness decrease over time with each % lost of collagen and elastin. The collagen building blocks are not there to support making sure that the pores appear as small and as tight as possible
Reversal: When you do see signs of visible aging - so these are fine lines, wrinkles or folds that remain even when your face is at rest and you are not actively using the muscle that causes the wringing or folding. there is no ingredient with more scientifically backed evidence to reverse the signs of aging like retinoids but truth be told you want to do all the above and implements procedures with your derm

I'm very reticent to try versed. I've tried a couple of their products and they made my daughter and I breakout. I love the naturium vitamin c complex and the vitamin c super serum though. I want to try the ceramide cream, but I'm currently using the Acure radically rejuvenating night cream.

This was so helpful! At what point in the AM and PM routine would I apply dapsone? Always so complicated knowing when to layer actives as well as knowing what actives are safe to use when dapsone and Differin are prescribed!

Thank you, great video as always! I would like to see a video on how to deal with inflammation e.g..mosquito/insect bites or painful spots. I know most derms say use SA and BPO but what do you use if both ingredients make spots worse. I find spots treatments don't work, no matter how much you pay for them, you are still left with sore, painful and inflamed. I haven't tried Sulphur though,, may be that will be next on my list...

No7 also do a lovely vitc capsule which is great for dry sensitive skin,I mix with my moisteriser to get my skin use to it first for a couple of weeks.just wear sunscreen as vitc makes skin more sensitive
