This tip helped me find my fortress after searching forever. “Nether Fortresses are more likely to spawn on the positive side of the X-axis, therefore moving north or south while keeping the X-axis positive is the best way to search for them.” Don’t know if it will work for everyone but it did for me.
Enderman spawn in the warped forest so it's the best place to get ender pearls.

Pro tip, Axes deal single target damage, and swords sweep.
You could always use the F3 screen to display the entity count in the top left. If it is 30 + entities then there is likely to be a fortress or a bastion in that general direction.

Warped forest for ender pearls- ender pearls for stronghold. I think the next episode is going to be finding a stronghold.

I always hope that my first nether portal in a new world puts me in a warped forest. It is the safest nether biome
I have "wishful thinking" as well. Sadly, spawning into a Warped Forest has NEVER happened for me though. 🥴

I feel like I am the only one that does it but I get down to 11 or 12 and just make tunnels to other biomes, places of interest and overworld portals. Digging out large spawn proof tunnels allows me to find netherite too.

I feel like a good Christmas type update would be a Nether Update 2.0 with Nether Maps, The Master Blaze, a Wither Forest Biome, etc.
I like the idea of an update,but a wither forest would be a nightmare

I didn't make it 5 minutes before a ghast knocked him out in the middle of a lava ocean.

You can get a whole inventory of fire res potions from trading with piglins?
They should make it so if you combine a magma cream and a ghast tear with a map you get a nether map or something like that

I ended up using chunk base because I couldn’t find a warped forest. Turned out that biome was about 1000 blocks away and really small. I have bad luck with the nether this time around. Great episode and excellent bow!

Same and I have the worst spawns possible like in mid of lava ocean and ghasts or in soul sand valley and there are tons of skeletons
@@jolantalatviete1447 the first time I ever went to the nether 3 ghasts were there killed me instantly and kept camping my portal. I died like 5 times trying to build a barrier and reigniting my portal. Lol sometimes the nether really sucks.
@@fire_dragon_1953 yeah it does and when I spawn in ghasts always break my portal also I'm playing on bedrock I'm not sure how does going in nether works on Java but I load for so long that ghasts already shot me like 3 times
@@jolantalatviete1447 oh wow. Yeah I play Java and that sounds like bedrock is a lot rougher in that aspect. Our loading isn’t too bad on Java but definitely not like Bedrock as you described it.

I just came back to MC after 9 years I just started my first survival world and been having a blast but won’t lie I’m overwhelmed and lost with infinite worlds no map or coordinates I cant go to far from base I lost it once already lots of cool updates to Im trying to get through the nether world but I’m constantly attacked bu piglins and I can’t find a nether fortress I been searching for a few irl days now and have had no luck I’ve died multiple times to and lost diamond gear Im at my end Is there any tips you can tell me for getting past the piglins and finding the fortress to finally get the blaze rods? I want to kill the end dragon Thanks
Edit 2: I have built using thousands of cobblestone and deep slate blocks around the nether and have dug ALOT but still nothing.
Definitely looking for endermen for ender pearls.

In bedrock anyway, a map of the overworld will still show you zipping through the map, while you travel the nether

Obviously, you go to the warped forest to get the warped vines for making warped vine clutch jumps from high altitude.
No other reason to possibly ever go there.
You can also find the crimson and warped forests easily by going up to the ceiling bedrock and just tunneling in one direction forever. Since the bedrock doesn't prevent nycelium from forming you will see the crimson or warped nycelium when you are over the corresponding forests. Obviously, you can look for particles as well, by the nycelium is hard to miss. Also, if you have a silk touch pick you can get all that the biome has to offer with bone meal.

You do realize only endermen spawn there, so getting pearls and ancient debris are a lot easier
