It's selfishness. Probably the way they grew up, so they have to compensate what they are lacking by tearing other things down to equalize their surroundings. People like you and me must have had something positive in our lives for us not to get so hung up on a story that uses a mother's name as common ground. But, you do have to be an ass to find the idea ridiculous.

i will not bash someone for disliking a film i love. I will only defend why i loved the film. however if someone tells me I'm not a real fan of these characters even though ive been supporting there comics for years and love what DC does just because i enjoyed a movie on an emotional level thats hard to just describe to someone then im gonna get mad. MOS and BvS hit me in ways i cant explain. i left the theater smiling and heart racing and excited and happy. Oh and guess, I LOVE MARVEL MOVIES TOO! what d'ya know! i can like both! i liked Civil War too! ANd guess what, i didnt like Dark Knight Rises or Superman Returns. and I love the Flash but think Gotham and Arrow are terrible. just because i have opinions on one thing doesn't make me a blind fanboy! i understand BvS had script and editing issues. but i loved the film! but you know whatever.

I read the comics books. I didn't like BvS. The reason I didn't like it was because I'm fan of both characters. I really like Man of Steel. I think Snyder dropped the ball with BvS. The more he gives interviews, the less comfortable I am with him directing Justice League. There have been several animated DC films starring Batman and Superman that were far better.
I really had faith in Snyder simply because I loved Man of Steel. 2 years, 225 million in movie budget, an academy awarded screenwriter and a great cast. From those odds, I thought was going to be Snyder's greatest achievement. I was wrong.
Christian you hit the nail on the head. In fact, I can't think of comic book film with a cast on the level of BvS'. I think I'll watch Batman/Superman World's Finest or Superman/Batman Public Enemies.
Those animated movies didn't suffer from Warner Bros stuffing a ton of world building in 1 movies. Still liked BvS. Thy ought it would've been better without all he set ups for future films:

It was 2 1/2 hours of fan service but would have still gotten a D in film class. Tell me it's entertaining, tell me you love it, but don't tell me it's a good movie because that implies so much more than "cool" factor. It seemed like every decision was for either cool factor or a nod to a specific comic. I mean the whole movie was about bats going after supes but then it's supes that goes to bats because that's how they did it in the dark knight returns.

Batman v Superman was the first movie I've ever seen in theaters more than once (I've seen it 3 times). It's one of the best films I've seen in a while. And this is coming from a huge Marvel fan. Bravo Zack Snyder.

That it is, I enjoyed BvS, but c'mon, Captain America Winter Soldier was better, so was the first Iron Man. Civil War is shaping up to be 10x better than life itself and Thor Ragnarok sounds like it will be a close second to it. Sorry man, as someone who loves both, Marvel > DC (in live action films)

Good points, but if you do it to one side you have to do it to another. The Incrediblele Hulke came out more than a decade ago, not that I care, just mentioning. DC has had, one good trilogy and one good movie in the past 10 years. Green Lantern sucked. Catwoman sucked. Superman returns was corny and awful. Unless you count Watchmen, which admittedly I haven't seen, that's all of their live action films in the past decade, so way less material. But I think we get the point.

You're absolutely right Tyrone, this movie was for the fans...not the general audiences who don't read the source material. I respect your opinion too! But there are fans out there....TRUE DC FANS...who were disappointed with the film. As far as fans are concerned, it was a mixed reception...you just have to accept that and not necessarily agree, but UNDERSTAND why people did not LOVE the movie! Me, Personally, i liked it, there was many aspects of the film that were great but tho me there were many flaws as well....so I left disappointed. I honestly think you and other people should stop blaming the critics...they are PEOPLE too...they have feelings TOO! They are just doing their job. There is NO marvel bias or any bias against this movie. Does this movie deserve hate? Of course not! Did it deserve a 28% on Rotten Tomatoes? No, it did not. But it is what it is. People including you should respect EVERYONE's opinion, INCLUDING the critics. Is it just me or the score rotten tomatoes has for this movie is ridiculous? I mean, I liked it, but I would understand if they say is 69% or something like that you know? I just think 22% is ridiculous, I think even Pixels has a better score than that

I can't find any negative reviews hating on Affleck's Batman, or saying that the movie was FF4 Batman and Robin bad. And there are a lot of people who did like it and some who absolutely loved it. If you think this movie is so bad, state your reasons, but I'm pretty sure I'd know what they are and how to counter them with the countless times I've debated with people. If you hate it that's fine, I'll respect your opinion, at least try to respect ours.

Trying to do what took marvel 3 movies in one movie. I didn't know Not! Joker could predict the coming of dark sied with ease. Doomsday killable by kryptonite, I'm pretty sure he shouldn't be that easy to beat with only two of the JL members. I truly forgot WonderWoman was in the film the whole time until someone reminded me she was in there. There are actually lots of other reasons why the movie was bad but I would need a 2 page word document to fill it out.
You know why Pixels has a higher score? Everyone went in there with the lowest expectations and it met it. BVS was hype for years and it failed to hit the mark. Wouldn't you be pissed at that?

Because if it's is the form of a response, rebuttal, criticism, review, etc. of the original vid, which is what this is, it's usually perfectly fine. If he was to literally just upload the vanilla vid completely unedited and with nothing else, then it'd be a problem.

1. They could've had a solo batman movie then the BvS movie
2. Have the three JL movies and then introduce young justice/teen titans
3. Have 3 young justice/ teen titans and have them fight Ravens dad in the 3rd movie with the JL.
4. Throughout all of this you have your solo films for numerous characters.

"I'm never going to live this down" Yeah. Because it's not like Batman killed Ras, Two-Face, and possible innocent civilians by blowing up cars with his bike in the previous franchise or anything.
Ras is immortal and probably went to the lazirous pit. Batman was trying to save Jim Gordon's son by tackling Harvey before he fired the bullet, with Two-Face, slipping and snapping his neck. Also, all of those cars were vacant.
None of that is comparable with giving someone a grenade and kicking them back as it explodes. I personally don't care if Batman kills or not. If he doesn't, I love the lore to the comics, if he does, it appears more badass altogether. But this just isn't comparable.

I would really like to see a Injustice and Flash Point Paradox live action movies. But I wouldn't let Zack Znider direct it alone. Zack got the visuals, the cinematography, the music, the tone, and the action down for super hero movies, but he needs a better editor, help from a director like Christopher Nolan or any director that are known for dramatic or suspenseful movies, need a few critics(Chris Stuckman I think would be a good choice), and audiences to give opinions before releasing the movie, and two writers. One comic book writer and one general writer.
You know Tyrone I think if they did the Injustice storyline it would really make up for the lack of Superman in Batman v Superman.
