Ange will be spurs best manager in years and I'm a rangers fan saying that. Great manager, hate saying it but he gets teams playing great attacking football and gets the best out every player on the park wether starting 11 or a sub, man management is right up there, will be interesting to see how spurs perform, reckon he has all the tools to succeed down there just hope the spurs fan give him a bit of time because there in crossroads and a bit of confidence building and a bit of identity needed in style of play

Levy has finally done something right. He has actually given me hope of finally winning a trophy!
In fairness to him he's done a lot right. We almost went bankrupt, he's made sure we won't, he's built assets that will ensure we exist always. He's pushed us up the table with appointments. Yes the last few managers haven't been great, however, we were in the periphery of winning and our fans started to believe we deserved to. He tried to add that last ingredient to both make those last changes and appease us. It's not worked and we've reverted to form. Hiring a manager with a good personality who's quietly built himself up. It'll be nice to have attacking football back, especially after having so called serial winners who regurgitate tactics that have worked for them in the past that don't come off in the present day and then behave like they're better than us and doing us a favour. It will hopefully be exciting times, or at the very least, enjoyable to watch lol.

A major factor on the chances of the new manager being a success depends on how well we do in the squad reorganisation. Bringing in and releasing the players the new manager wants and getting most of it done in time for preseason so we are ready to start the season with the majority of the work done in time . Last minute deals should be a thing of the past so we don’t have to play catch up on everyone else! Has Levy learned from past mistakes or will he revert to his past habits and repeat the same errors made for the last 20 years? Time will tell

Postecoglou learnt his trade under Puskas. His style matured well before Yokohama, at least as early as Brisbane Roar.
If Ange is given control over all footballing affairs and allowed to sign the players he wants and given time to implement his style he will be challenging for the title probably in his second season. But he must be allowed to do things his way
Your right about the champions league against Real, Celtic should've been 3 up at half time. He`s a winner, won everywhere he`s been all round the world, took Aussies to 2 world cups, even just the model he brought to Celtic, players signed quick, even in advance, if Levy backs him he will bring in quality players.
The question of whether this club will function differently will depend on the degree to which Big Ange will be given control over player movement. If Levy pet players like Dier and Sanchez remain and the cheap option Lenglet is signed after the shambolic defense of last season, Big Ange will crash and burn just as Pioch, Jose and Antonio did before him.

This is a lose lose situation for him if we don’t get the players to play in his system, and to get those staying to play his system before we get caught in a relegation battle. Which is realistically on the cards. We didnt have a better squad than West Ham, last season what we did have was Harry Kane and without his goals we would have been 17th. This is going to be a stressful season!

Good manager is Postecoglou - but he's not getting spurs competing for trophies. They are a long way behind now and paying the price for failed investment during the Pochettino era. It's going to take him 2+ years to build a team how he sees fit, and then another 2+ years to compete. Other teams will be flinging money around like nobodies business during this period making it double difficult.
Their squad is so messed up he won't last long enough to see a rebuild through. We've missed CL this year and prob won't get back in it for a long while. That's minimum £50 mil a year gone from transfer budget, plus we have a ton of leftovers and unwanteds we can't sell either. I don't care what style and attitude post brings the squad is not good enough to compete at that level. If Kane falls off even a bit and no one takes up the slack they could be 10th

He had the England job hanging over his head and the tax avoidance trial or whatever it was, we ended up bottling an over 10 point lead to arsenal to finish 4th but we ultimately missed out on UCL because Chelsea won it. A rule that has since been changed.
