Eu tenho alta miopia e degeneração macular por conta disso, realizei até o momento 18 injeções em 5 anos de tratamento, minha visão melhorou muito por conta disso. Outra questão é sobre o uso de vitaminas, o oftalmologista me orientou tomar uma cápsula por dia, tem me ajudado bastante também.

Eu tenho edema macular cistoide pós cirurgia de catarata. Era bem, bem grande mesmo e depois do tratamento fiquei com uma mancha em C no centro da visão. É bem discreta e.as vezes some. Qual a possibilidade dela desaparecer de vez?

Doutor, boa noite! Sei que esse comentário foge um pouco da temática mas ainda assim é um assunto dentro da oftalmologia, poderia fazer um video sobre visao dupla monocular/ghosting) em ambos os olhos? Fui ao médico e ele disse que é por conta do astigmatismo, passou receita nova, porém eu já tenho um óculos pra astigmatismo. O que acontece é que há um tempo atrás eu não sentia a necessidade de usar óculos pra nada, ai comecei a notar que estou vendo letreiro de ônibus e esse tipo de coisa duplicada ou com varias imagens fantasmas ao redor quando é noite, pra longe meu lculos consegue corrigir, mas pra perto não... Quando estou usando celular e outras telas, a visão é otima com temas claros, mas com letras claras e temas escuros é horrível, fica duplicando e com sombras e quando ponho óculos até piora de perto, somente melhora de longe. Fiz um buraco pinhole com as mãos e percebi que se olhar através dele eu enxergo 100%. A visão dupla de perto é avermelhada e azul de longe quando as fontes de luzes são brancas. O que me preocupa é que meu óculos atual não mudou muita coisa em relação à nova receita: Óculos que estou usando atualmente:
-0,50 pra astigmatismo Eixo 125 OD
-0,50 pra astigmatismo Eixo 70 OE

Nova receita:
-0,50 astigmatismo Eixo 135 OD
-0,50 astigmatismo, +0,25 hipermetropia Eixo 25 OE.
O que me preocupa é que como não alterou muita coisa é se isso vá corrigir essa visão dupla de perto, pra longe eu creio que vá melhorar... Ela acontece nos 2 olhos independente se um está fechado ou não. Obrigado pela atenção ❤
Meu pai esta com degeneração macular,esta enxergando muito pouco,não existe nada que possa ser feito? Ele tem 81 anos e ima boa saude,só agora apareceu diabets,mais é baixinha 120glicose
Boa tarde! Em algumas situações precisa fazer as injeções intravítreas, mas fora isso para recuperar a visão realmente nao é tao simples. De forma geral tambem existe indicação de suplementação vitaminica. Abraço!!
