We speak to the ladies in the reception, then security, then head of security who has experienced an Audit before so knows what to say.
We fly the drone over and see a different kind of view with the lights on in the buildings.
We have a final chat with security as we are outside and then wrap it up.

Matt was just excellent, as were the two ladies and the other chap. Nobody was confrontational, respect from New Zealand. Another fine job DJ, this is what real auditing is all about.
I think some of the other auditors wouldn't have posted this because it didn't have an angry confrontation in it, well done DJ for putting this up and showing the good side of people and businesses. I love your polite manner and cheeky laugh! Also well done to Matt, a lovely man who was happy to talk and knew what to do :)

Polite, courteous, and professional staff - a credit to GSK I would say. Matt was great, had a laugh and a chat, got enough information to be able to explain to his managers what was going on and that there was no threat, and yet still managed to do his job perfectly without resorting to threats or the Police - and all in about half the time it normally takes jobsworth security to achieve nothing but bad publicity. 👍
Bloody hell, if you're Matt's boss and watching this, have a good word with him. What an absolute credit to his service he is. So refreshing.

What a great guy. Wouldn't it be amazing to have this sort of interaction all the time. It will come. Like when you go fishing and people stop and have a chat. Considering the sensivity of the company, the staff were great and friendly and Matt was excellent, a credit to the company and just and mankind in general. If only all people behaved liked this.
