I really wish that whoever is in charge of the tier would just manage RNG stuff already. Games like this are not only frustrating for the players, but it sucks to watch as a spectator, too. We want to watch games of skill, not luck.
@@Eroil right. Two 50% chances, as in it happens 25% of the time. Toxic is a 90 accuracy move, so it only misses 10% of the time. Getting two double protects is more likely than missing toxic once. Missing toxic 3 times is... really bad luck. One in a thousand.
