That's actually a really smart decision, casting two actors for such a demanding role! And you're right, I bet it does wonders to keep the other actors engaged in what's going on on-stage.

loving getting to meet everyone else in the cast :) the first thing i though when seeing this videos was a title idea 'a tale of two Frankies' made myself laugh and split my drink. good luck for future shows Jonny and Luke i know you will be a brilliant Frankies

Thank you for the in-depth answer to my question! It's so cool how you guys have the freedom to interpret the same character in your own ways (and get to watch the show)!

Hi Jonny , I would like to know something about the ensembles and swing actors, especially DMH. He made his first debut in Shanghai as Tommy, and I do wanna know how he feels about this . Thanks for the video.

I am a Stage Manager and I would love to talk to your SM's to see what it is like doing a touring showing as a stage manager.

It's very interesting to see how a UK tour has the show double cast! I've never been in a show with two different casts before.

+tss6295 hi! Luke and I are on the international tour which isn't playing in the U.K, and Frankie is the only part that is double cast!

Any chance of us getting a video of you singing some Four Seasons songs?

I was a Stage mgr for over 10 years for a local community theater. Some directors insisted I take blocking notes, while others preferred to do their own. Personally, I hated writing down blocking as it's constantly changing! My question to your Stage Manager is: are blocking notes part of the Stage manager's official responsibilities?
P.S. Love these videos on theater, Johnnie!

How was it choosing a career in stage managing? I know first hand that jobs backstage are often under-appreciated, so how did you get the courage to go for it full-time?

How do quick changes work? I want to work as a dresser and a costume designer/part of the costume department one day and would love to know a little more about that 😘💕💞💓

love all the theatre-ness and i'm super interested in backstage stuff, but is there any way to get work experience on a stage management team when you're in year 12??

I was the Tech Swing on the tour, and I can offer some almost useful advice.
Try speaking to local theatres and your drama department in school. See if there is any teachers that have done it or worked in a theatre setting.
There are always local production companies that might be able to offer more of an insight into the Stage Management side.
See if there are any college courses or apprenticeships in Technical theatre.
Never be afraid to ask questions!
      The most important one is..
There is always one step further in your career and in your life, never be afraid to take that step.
      I hope this helps.
