Just wondering, do all accounts on the headset have access to the games installed from sidequest?
@@jamestang9095once you switch accounts on the headset, they each have their own set of stuff in "unknown apps" you'd probably have to at least get each account to have Dev mode, install the APK, download the game onto each account, and go from there. I'm not positive you could play online if it even works.

Can you change the headset resolution in sidequest on the headset if you follow this installation? Last time i tried i had to do that on the PC-app on every reset.
Pretty sure that's a PC thing as that's where it draws it's power from :)

I’m using this app for sideloading for quite some time now. Finally a CZcams found out about this one. 😂
For side loading, how do you automatically figure out what apps are safe and what apps aren’t?
how do i open it after install without doing the whole process again?
Its a bug in the Meta implementation of Android 12, Scoped Storage just allows you to install things.
V63 broke this method but apparently it might be fixed soon.
Didn't work for me. Got all the way to the end, and got the message that the app didn't install as the app package "appears to be invalid". I even ran through all the steps a second time, but same result

nope. "modding" via in mobile vr station no longer works because of meta. I am just about ready to burn down the city wasting trillions of hours trying to get sidequest installed. Not a single fucking thing works
I install everything with that app. To be honest I thought everybody knew this
I certainly didn’t, and I love that it opens doors to sidequest to people without pc’s or android phones

Regret installing side quest. They don't tell you how the billing works and some app reviewers warn of unexpected monthly payments, can't figure out how to remove one such app icon and it's really annoying now, if you click it accidentally, it will download.
Sidequest have literally nothing to do with billing, they don’t make any income on apps sold. Take it up with the app that charged you

Because the people who put that app there could be anybody, "take it up with them" might mean take it up with scammers, every time I hear that passthebuck phrase I know it's bad news. Side quest never warned about scam risk or if scammers can link to meta and charge you via meta, I only found out by shock after reading reviews! And they don't even tell you how to remove apps from meta home, still can't see how. I'm out.
