Oh sure yours does his astral in the middle of his hit confirm, while my astral hakumen didn't use his astral UNTIL I USED MINE (which was not a counter astral)

The astral heat is a finisher that will straight up kill the target. Hakumen's astral is a counter-attack, and as you can see, hakumen is repeatedly using that astral heat. Seriously I hated this because I'm not even good at the game so I'd get bodied just trying to attack when suddenly he does what you see in the video, except with the counter actually going off.
This is in Grimoire of Abyss mode, which is sort of like a roguelike where you get powerups. They make you fight really OP enemies, but the power-ups also make you ridiculously OP. In the first Abyss Mode I remember it being pretty much impossible for me to take permanent damage once I was maxed out.

@@raphu2272 In CT, Hakumen's Astral could catch projectiles and throws. It was absolutely unstoppable. However, the input was harder (720D).

Unlimited Astral Hakumen is why I set an Astral lock out skill on a grimoire specifically for this battle
As a tager main, this was among the easiest fights of the game.
If the counter techniques was removed from Hakumen and got some new stuff it would be better.
I litterally built a gremoire with maxed out speed so I just ran away and then threw him. Still took way to many attempts lol.

I mean, it is a one shot. The fight gives him the ability to spam a one shot counter move whenever he wants, so if you mess up even once you're done.

In Central Fiction there are only three Unlimited characters: Ragna, Nine and Izanami. And they're not even playable, just secret bosses.
