    Warm up running- 5 to 10 min
    Monday- Chest
    Tuesday- Leg after workout 15min running
    Wednesday- Biceps/triceps
    Thursday - chest with dumbels and lats (3 exercise )
    Friday- Shoulders
    Saturday - biceps and triceps(alternate exercise), squat,deadlift and 15min running

    Hi sir I've a question... Me also starting after year... Am having a little bit cardio and workout from a month... Problem am facing is after using treadmill upto 5 to 6 minutes am feeling pain in front bone of my leg... Sounds so hard to walk like it will be broken... Even in workout am facing same issue... Tired so soon in half an hour almost and am feeling low energy levels... What should I do to stable..
