Thank you so much for this video, I am a (broke) single mom, so being able to fix something myself is a priceless gift you've given me!
I was honestly pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to carefully take everything apart and put it back together.
Glad it was helpful! If you need any advice just ask.
I was having the exactly the same problem. You just saved me from $44.00 Awesome job thank you!
I'm so old I can remember when the only tool required for rear bulb replacement was the key to the trunk.
Thanks for making this video so approachable and easy to follow!
I bought my first ever car. Used 2012 Nissan versa. Same back light went out for me and was so excited when I saw this video. Thank you so much!!
that’s crazy how we have the EXACT same car! working on trying to get my back light turn signal replaced as well
Thank you. If not for your video I would not have known about that clip. I was stuck at that point and decided to check CZcams for the answer. Thank you so very much!
Glad I could help!
What light bulb is it? #
Very helpful video! Would've got an A+ if you would have told me that I had to push and turn take the light bulb out lol, thanks
Thanks so much for this video Jim! You helped us out. Replacing the brake light bulb was a breeze with your guidance.😊🎉
Much appreciated, I just replaced both tail light bulbs & installed LED headlights on my wife’s 2016 versa. This video helped a lot 🙏
I was going to change the tail and brake light bulbs on my daughters car until I watched this. Lea e it to engineers to complicate a simple task.
Your video helped me to fix my own tail lights, thank you very much
Now I know why I can't remove the tail light on my 2021 Nissan Sentra. Thank you for explaining how to pry the plastic cover off.
Thank you so much! I wanted to make sure I was doing this right the first time around, so I wanted to double check and your video helped a lot.
Glad I could help!
Thank you for making this video so easy to understand 👍🇯🇲
You are very welcome

I noticed that you weren't concerned with touching the glass bulbs with your bare hands. Others claim that the oils from your skin create hot spots on the glass and lead to premature failure of the bulbs. Interested in your opinion, Jim.
I have the same problemmaking videos when the engine is going on when it's noise in the background it's just part of the business
I wonder how many people doing this have broken the lens assembly. Still a Great video !
I broke the clamp near the top of the lens.
👌Fine job on a typical ridiculous design--how to make an easy job stupidly hard. Veteran mechanics are obsessive about "don't lose the screws, don't mar the finish, don't booger plastic threads, don't break the plastic fasteners."
Can the 2014 taillight assembly be used to replace the 2016? For the Nissan Versa?
Thank you! 🙏
What if the plastic casing is broken? How do rewire new pig casings?
Thank you, this video helped me out a lot!
with lot of details and ease thanks
Very good explanation. Thank you.
Glad you liked it
Thanks Jim for the helpful video, did the same thing for our Nissan Almera. Works perfectly 👌😎
I'm happy to help.
ThankYou, helped me score faith points with daughter 🙏🙏🙏💪💪💪❤️❤️❤️
The plastic casing for my bulb is cracked. U need ro but a new one and replace the wires.
I didn't it but the right break light still no working. Please help
Sir you are genius 👌
Hey Jim, several years ago I needed to replace an1156 which I didn’t have I turned it over so the filiment hung down contacting the element and it worked for several more months. . I bought a new bulb but wanted to see how long it would last with just the filiment hanging down onto the contact. 😉
I broke the clamp near the top of the lens. I was still able to put the entire light back on and the brake light works. What will happen since the clip at the top is broke. Water issues?
Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Good video Jim
girl boss tingz💅🏼
Wish me luck!
I'm sure you can do it.
What I take away from this is that Nissan really, really, hates its customers.
Nice vew idol
Easy
The top of my tail light is not fitting properly... I purchased the correct one also. What can I do? Its has a little gap on top but everything else fits perfect
You should show us something more interesting lol
