Thanks! I may get one for my sailboat ⛵️
We can certainly help with that! Our website is www.emoelectric.co. Feel free to send me an email at luke@emoelectric.co if you have any questions!
Thank you for the review. It looks like some good improvements, especially the elimination of cables. I just need to figure out how to put a motor mount on my 16' sailboat.
They definitely made some great improvements! What kind of sailboat is it? Feel free to send me an email to luke@emoelectric.co, I am happy to help with that!
Great review thanks
You're welcome! Glad you liked it!
Any hydro generation when under sail?
To the best of our knowledge, the new Travel motors do not have hydrogeneration. While it is a cool feature that some small outboards have, it is often not very practical in charging, as you need to be doing about 6kts or more for it to be meaningful on a small motor like this, which is usually not mounted on a boat that routinely does those speeds. The larger Torqeedo Cruise and pod drive motors do have hydrogeneration, as well as ePropulsion's Spirit Evo.
"it works like advertised" ...🤔 middle sea the " new's " are shark/wale swim crazy ...so what will happen if something else than water catch this outboard engine?
ropes from lazy seafarers are also to spot (rotterdam , antwerp etc. )
