It is no doubt well-made, though I would suggest that Ivy's presence makes us grade it higher as a lyrics video than it would normally deserve.
Even if we consider only the official lyrics videos and ignore the occasionally inspired amateur art, uploads such as Prince's "Sign O' The Times" ( czcams.com/video/8EdxM72EZ94/video.html ) or The Stones' "Sympathy For The Devil" ( czcams.com/video/GgnClrx8N2k/video.html ) are in a different category.
There is not much of a lyric effort tho

I first fell in love w/ her gorgeous face and electric smile when i happened to see her while surfing around and had to watch "I Don't Want to Wake Up". I said to myself, who is this stunning creature?: and then I heard her Amazing voice and saw her riveting talent jump from the screen and realized i had found a Star, not unlike how i felt the first time I heard Annie Lennox or Bette Midler or Amy Winehouse or, going way back,(yes, I am 60), to Janice Joplin. i have seen her live twice in Hollywood, (got her signature on a cat mask I've had for 35 years), and her voice and stage energy r pitch perfect and electrifying. What u see and hear is All Ivy. All her own songs, All her own Style and Ideas. She is a True Artist which means she will continue to evolve and surprise and I hope Shock people out of their complacence with the mediocre pop that passes for "hits" these days. The fact that she has not had a meteoric rise to world fame only confirms to me that She is a True Original and will not make sacrifices to appeal to the masses. All Eyes will be on U eventually Ivy. The Mountain will come to Mohammad. I am Grateful U r in My world. Thank U for Inspiring me. I Love You.

You can still interpret it in her same sassy way. She's saying that she won't be sweet and that everyone who seems to be classy and be what people want can't back up what their trying to put on the plate.She's basically telling people that it doesn't matter what they want she will give them her raw strength of character and charisma. And one can interpret it as very trashy song because the lyrics can go both ways.
Same I had never heard of her before until I was listening to her on Facebook. But also can't understand why she hasn't topped the charts.

I'm mostly a grunge, punk, metal, industrial, (and surprisingly) classical listener. I have to say wow baby! You have a very unique and infectious voice. Why are we stuck with our current manufactured pop princesses with talent like this around. Put her on the radio, she'd get some fans for sure.
The pop princesses do have talent or else they wouldn't be as popular as they are, but I agree this woman needs to be more noticed because she's certainly is talented!
