@deemen7132 and how do we know that for a fact? This sort of answer really doesn't make sense to me. Countries have been working on this for so long but no one has used this tech on one another? So just decades of tests? Doesn't make sense. This stuff was going on since at least the 40s (and earlier), so there's no way "most" sightings could be ours over that period of time and even now. Someone would've used this tech to gain a military advantage by now.

Kona Blue was started, and then shutdown, specifically for the purpose of the DoD having an "out" in this scenario. In order to maintain actual secrecy, the real program would need to be housed inside of DoD contractors. But forget all that... this is an unequivocal flat-out admission that we are being visited by advanced technology from somewhere else. They wouldn't have created Kona Blue (and the real program) if we were **not** actually being visited.

Good points and I agree, but also to play devils advocate. It could be that they created this program knowing there are no UFO’s, then leak it on purpose to make their adversaries believe that the US is in possession of advanced tech. Or make everyone believe this is unattainable alien tech, while in reality we posses it. Thus keeping it as an ace in the hole. Augh this stuff wracks my brain, I doubt we’ll ever truly know what’s going on.

@ScotsmanGamer look up Bob Lazar. He claimed to have worked on a similar project almost 30 years ago. Also spoke about things that have since turned out to be true, including element 115 which at the time was not on periodic table but was recently added lol.
The reverse engineering of these AAV's started in the 40's.
According to Grusch it started in the early 30's in Italy, a craft that the US took possession of after ww2, but Grusch hinted that the US had stuff from before 1933.

How is this not major news for every media outlet? Even if you think that there are no aliens, the mere fact that there is now an acknowledgment of the existence of exotic craft with a supposed unknown origin and an effort to reverse engineer them, to me seems worthy of a journalistic investigation that any news organisation would jump at.

I wish you would have done more background on this. This was a non-legacy program related to Bigelow/NIDS and AAWSAP. The program was set up to receive and house materials from the legacy programs, and was later denied. The money was then spent on the DIRD reports, as per James Lacatsky.
They cannot figure them out, the one Lazar went inside in the 70's had no visible control devices and was operating without any kind of wiring that they could find.
You know the Betz sphere? About bowling ball sized, maybe a little bigger, found in the woods after a forest fire I believe. They took it home and it would follow them around the house, but not if it was going to fall, say off of a table. It seemed intelligent by design. When it was xrayed it had 3 dense spots inside of it, but they didn't know what it was. One day the government confiscated it or "borrowed" it and then "misplaced" it but one of Hynek's sons, I believe, remembered a sphere just like that in his father's possession at some point.
What if that's what powers the ships? Maybe a creature is inside of it, or some kind of entity, and has some sort of strength and has to be contained inside of this special metal. It could be the navigation system I suppose, but it's intelligent, even if artificially. idk I think about that a lot.

It's Real. They established a program for AAVs or UAPs reverse engineering because it was deemed essential for National security... That tells us all we need to know, that the Phenomenon is real.
I'm more inclined to believe they haven't been able to reverse engineer anything but that's just my assumption.
It's a possibility, maybe they reverse engineered the simplest parts from a technological standpoint, if people from the middle ages stumbled upon a motorcycle they'd most probably not reverse engineer the engine but they could probably design a primitive bicycle inspired by it.
Maybe not reverse engineer BUT!…. They did recover exotic craft/material of unknown origin. It’s about the legal semantics of the words that need to be used to address the issue.

The money was allocated but the word got out and it was shut down. I hope I live long enough for them to come clean about this issue. I have been reading about it since I was in high school (graduated 1966). I was a field investigator for APRO during the 1970s. They are here.
If they publicly saying this, they been doing this alot longer and got to a point where this material once classified now deemed irrelevant like they 20 to 30 years ahead of general public
The *only* reason it was declassified and offered up was because it makes the movement look... "over the top". Have you read it? It's wild stuff. I'm not saying it wouldn't have been great, but it is way, way out of mainstream. The general response is a program that they can offer up as a scapegoat for what Grusch and others were "mistaken" about attributing to active programs. Now, it's important to note that the people who went to the IC IG and Congress are part of real, active programs, so not Kona Blue.
