So cool that these guys support autism awareness. My son is severely autistic.
One Man gang?? Pretty sure you mean Akeem the African dream, now cue the jive soul bro 🎶🎶
Especially guys like Gang, I put him right up there with Terry Funk and Bobby Eaton as bar none one of the most kind and genuine guys in wrestling, just an incredibly kind and gracious man.
I know it's kinda randomly asking but do anybody know a good website to stream newly released movies online ?
@Enzo Kayson Flixportal :)
Wish these guys who entertained us were as financially stable as their bosses.
Middle class never gains
Bill Eadie is doing just fine as unlike a bunch of wrestlers he lived long enough to get his pension
@@highpitcheric1542 who’s high pitch
Well Vince just sold the xfl and is not as rich as he used to be.
The only one I don’t feel bad for is the one man gang. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say he’s not the sharpest knife in the draw. This idiot. Cost himself tons of money because he left the wwf because he was tired from the schedule. Even after Vince and hogan told him he was Goihg to work a long program with hogan lmao how dumb could you be. Even after they told him that he still told Vince I’m tired I’m going home. What a moron
One Man Gang is one of the coolest names ever.
DarkLight Yeah, I always liked that name better than Akeem The African Dream.
@@billclothier1482 I am shocked as to how much weight he put on.
Getting old sucks lol!
@@billclothier1482 There was an NBA center who had that nickneame.
From Crusher Broomfield to One Man Gan to Akeem the African Dream
He got the One Man Gang name from Ronnie Garvin who had used that nickname in Southeastern Wrestling in the late 70’s
I love it when the retired wrestlers get together to tell stories.
I bet OMG has never said a harsh word about anyone...total class ..a gentleman through and through
George Gray is a first class gentleman. I got to meet him. He was super nice.
@@DixiePokerAce I really wish I could meet him. He was my hero (or anti-hero?) growing up. I was terrified of him as a kid, which means he was the perfect heel. Now, seeing him talk and realizing what a good, thoughtful man he is only makes me admire him more. He is one of the greats in the business.
I enjoyed watching him work . Even back in my teens. I always got a kick out of the big guys, and he was among the biggest! What a kind” teddy bear” sort in real life…
The more I listen to OMG, I just think he is such a nice guy.
I believe he lost his house in a flood a couple years ago and was homeless for awhile. I hope he's doing alright now. 💪
@@jimh.412 me too, that's terrible.
I thought the same thing. I enjoy having conversations with people like this.
Bob Roop looks like a combination of Ole and Arn Anderson and can be the 4th Anderson Brother.
I thought that was Ole.
I was working for a couple years as a jobber for the WWF (Was champion of an independent federation at the time.) and wrestled against Demolition ... those guys were awesome to work with! Glad to see they are still looking good and healthy.
Thats great man, Demolition are my all time favourite tag team. What a cool experience you must have had.
@@billparsonson7259 It was great getting to work with them and others ... There is a CZcams video out there of me wrestling them ... Also Jake the Snake .... You can watch that one by simply putting in
Joe Champ vs Jake the Snake
@@joedaniels4646 I will definitely go and watch it. I can only imagine what it was like getting in that old WWF ring during the Hulkamania glory days. I was a little kid in England at that time, wrestling has never been that good since.
@@billparsonson7259 I was a 5X champion in an independent federation, but did some work in the WWF because I wanted to eventually secure a position with them, but I made a few mistakes and it never happened. So I continued to just work the independent circuits No regrets, was a very fun time of my life back then.
And your right ... Personally I think wrestling sucks anymore, and I don't even watch it.
@@joedaniels4646 love hearing these sorts of stories. Nice to know some of the guys like yourself survived the 80s and 90s wrestling business. Awesome too that you had a job in wrestling outside of the WWF. I wrestled in the south of england from 97 until 2001 but I made zero money. I paid more in gas to get to shows and couldn't sustain it. I had to admit to myself it wasnt going to happen. I'd have loved to have ever wrestled 1 match in the old WWF. I travelled around with the bushwhackers, earthquake and Tatanka a few times when they were at the end of their careers. Great match with Jake too by the way, nice to see the stars give guys some shine.
Looks like they are sitting in the hallway outside of the principal's office....🤔🤔🤣

@Zeal!
Its not even wrestling anymore. Its a damn soap opera. The introduction of trish stratus, torrie, kiebler was the beginning of the end. What garbage! I checked out in 2003. Long live the 80s, 90s and (minus the soap opera crap) early 2000s.
thats all good legends up there
ABSOLUTELY 👌
Great job Randy
The one man gang is so respectful what a cool guy
I remember the first the first time I seen the One Man Gang at the Sportatorium. He was the biggest human I had ever seen. I was probably 7 years old and Kerry Von Erich was my hero so when he walked down the isle to the ring I remember wanting to yell at him but honestly he scared the hell out of me. Luckily Kerry got the best of him that night! Oh how I miss Friday nights at the Sportatorium.
the first time I saw him was in ICW. He was Crusher Broomfeild. Cowboy Bob Orton was using him to do his bidding. Ronnie Garvin gave him the name ONE MAN GANG after he beat the crap out of Orton.
And the flates ass you ever seen
Ax, Smash, and OMG...what a great panel!
I used to love One Man Gang. One of the best matches I ever saw was him against Ted DiBiase.
I became a fan while watching that match.
Wow,thank god we still have these legends who are still with us to tell stories
I met and spoke with Bob Roop. What a great guy!
I was in my teens watching ONE MAN GANG & Good Ole JR on MIDSOUTH Wrestling.
GOOD TIMES 🤘🤘
everyone has a Terry Funk impression. The Midnight express said that WCCW was like having a friendly bar fight "you knew your were going to get hit, but not really hurt. Love The Gang he was a great worker like so many big guys at the time.
Dang, looks more like One Man Army now
He weighs less today than he did when he was rasslin.
Great funk impression!
The territories yes love the old school guys
RESPECT TO ALL OF THESE GUYS HERE FOR SUPPORTING AUTISM AWARENESS.
OMG - Pure Class !
When I saw the thumbnail pic, with the guy next to him wearing the same color shirt and the cinderblock background, I thought "Oh no - how did the OMG end up in jail?!" LOL
He worked there 😉
Bad day to be a chair .
Lmfao
Or a commode.
😆
Brilliant 👏
Axe and smash finally retired, but they still cannot give up looking the character, now that's commitment to your passion!!!!!
Glad to see them all alive and well.
The gang does my favorite interviews.
OMG and Demolition seem like such down to earth and respectful human beings.
Good to see Ole laugh. Never saw that before.
Thats not ole Anderson. That was Bob Roop
I like that these guys aren't hating on their opponents... just "hard to work a good match with them".....
This reminds me of the scene from The Wrestler. Where the old wrestlers are sitting in a gymnasium trying to sell VHS cassettes and sign autographs.
smitty3 bud Such an underrated movie!
OMG dropping knowledge...
I only ever really watched One Man Gang & Akeem in the WWF when I was a kid and once when he toured Sydney, Australia in 2000 for Superstars of Wrestling. As the gang you would think he would be a big scary bloke, but he seems like a gentle giant
I do not care if they are never inducted, and I hope the three individuals I am about to mention read this. One Man Gang, Ax and Smash, you are and will always be in the real Hall of Fame, the hearts of us true ol' school wrestling fans who will always cheer for you and respect you.
did you know that 'ax' was also 'the masked superstar'?
Notice how Goddamned long OMG's arms are?? His forearms are crazy long..
Good stuff good hear this
I didn't even know that was Ole until he spoke up about money...lol.
Respect for all these guys for doing a charity event, even if they did get paid to be there
2:55 Funny Terry Funk impersonation.
Whenever Terry Funk says you're too damn wild, that kinda says something.
Out of everyone there only had met Demolition.cool people they are.
Smash was trying to give him the stare!
I KNEW he was going to say Junkyard Dog
“One Man Gang! Gang! Moon! Destroy that damn car now, with the chain!”
Is that Bob Roop sitting to OMG's left? At first I thought it was Ole Anderson, but he wasn't getting super pissed-off like normal.
Yep its bob, hard to tell which is understandable. Time hasn't been well to some of these guys. I know after i watched some old mid south one day i decided to look him up and my jaw hit the floor when i saw him. You just forget how long its really been.
Chad Miller
That’s Bob Roop? I thought that was Ole Anderson.
Chad Miller - No. It’s Ole Anderson
Dante Goodman There’s video of them being introduced. It’s actually Bob Roop.
Billy Wall - lol. U responded before I could delete the comment. You’re right. I would have bet money it was ole. Roop Looks and sounds just like him. Spooky
One man gang was so nice to meet class act very kind to me
OMG probably did not realize at that time that those Von Erich boys were geeked up on drugs.
I remember Kerry Von Erich in his WWF run was completely wild and all over the place just before he got let go. You didn't know what was going to happen in his matches. The guy would just throw a bunch of punches fly around it was crazy.
Vince screwed the pooch on that one with Kerry.
The Texas Tornado was a fitting name.........Very sad story for the Von Erich Family.
Nicest guy from all appearances but I will never forget him slapping his 747 finishing move on a referee...it was insane!
In Gary Hart's book he said OMG got Kevin & Kerry's names tattooed on his head in wccw. He got them covered up after he left of course but that's some dedication.
Liked the Funk impression.
One of the nicest guys in Wrestling
Got links to each of their responses to this question?

I miss the WCCW days. A lot of Super stars got their starts and their reconstruction before moving on. I wish Erich would have tried to expand the promotion nation wide.
event The Undertaker started there.
@@mikekrause3671 I know.
Interesting video
With The Same Hairstyle, Bam Bam Bigelow & Tge One Man Gang Look Like Brothers.
Terry Funk couldn’t take another match with JYD. Then spends most of the next decade doing crazy shit in ECW. Unbelievable.
What's funny is that in every single Funk vs JYD match, Funk would get the upper hand and then for some reason, try to headbutt the JYD in the skull.... Knocking himself out, and he did this in every single match they had.
Hey it’s,
Akeem The African Dream!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bob Roop was at one time one of the toughest men on the planet. But age is undefeated.
Well said KW Music

OneManGang has been in about every orginisation of the Wrestling business that existed inthe 70s and 80s.
When i 1st started watching wrestling he was in the uwf lots of great wrestler they had!
He was great. He was never THE GUY in any of them, but always did his job well and the 747 splash... Plus, he retired Little Beaver in the probably the greatest squash in the history of wrestling.
@@tenfourproductionsllcThat was King Kong Bundy, not One Man Gang.
Ax and Smash look fantastic
I miss old school wrestling!
Old school rassling... even when it was bad it was good.
The One Man Gang from Halstead Street, Chicago Illinois!
I heard he lives in Spartanburg SC now
@@shaunsmith7928 yeah, honestly I doubt hes even even been to Halsted street..all just a gimick.
John Anderson Yeah gimmick,my favorite was always Sting though, still is
Yeah that’s not a Illinois accent. Sounds more like Tennessee or Georgia. Somewhere in the Carolinas.
He’s from Spartanburg SC. He is living in Louisiana now.
LOL . The Von Erich boys and JYD.
Other than OMG and the Demos, who are the other guys? Ole between Gang and Eadie?
At 2:53 *fart* 😂😂😂
When OMG did Terry Funk I thought it WAS Terry Funk. OMG sounded just like him. lmfao
Loved gang as akeem 😂 he was funny as hell with slick too
You'd think when your inviting wrestlers for a question panel that you would get these large men some big comfortable chairs and possibly a damn table so they would have a drink of water and something to lean on. Gheesh
Kevin von Eric is one of my top 5 wrestlers
Who is the guy between Ax and the One Man Gang?
Fun fact: One Man Gang loved his Akeem character and always named it as his favorite
Akeem 4 Life!
Dani The way Akeem dressed back then , He looked like a Giant Buffalo Sabre. 😂
@@MsSmitty9 A white guy named "the African Dream" with a black manager. LOL!!! The crap they got away with back in the day would never fly with the modern day snowflake crowd.
Apparently there were a lot more wrestlers who didn't like working with JYD. Greg Valentine among them. JYD had very little in the way of wrestling skills, but all you have to be is over to earn more money, and he was over.
It’s a miracle that One Man Gang is still alive weighing 400+ pounds in his 60s. I can honestly say that I have never seen another person his size, who’s his age or older. He’s got to lose a minimum 200 pounds ASAP, or I don’t think he’ll make it to 70.
Lol OMG talking about mobility lol
I was able to complain as a really big guy that could work for a hour, he did top and second rope splashes, He was a great worker most of his career, left wrestling wrestling didnt leave him
@@tomr3422 I always liked OMG....I just thought it was funny.
2:57 lol he does that so well!
Demolition is a class act
Who was the guy between OMG and Ax?
oh man Kevin Von Erich.... what a bad ass. Love that guy.
Is Halstead Street Chicago a rough neighborhood? You are supposedly from there.
On the south side it is kind of ,but not on the north side. Gang was born in Chicago but moved away when he was like 3 . He was raised in the South mostly, South Carolina i think ?
Who are the two guys sitting on the left?
Akeem the African Dream telling all
At least he was being honest... "But you made money w him, didn't ya?"... Uhh,not the point,he was talking about how hard it was to work w those two...There's always that one guy in the crowd,fml...
Ole is always grumpy and that's all he talks about is money.
@@fmthebaron Sure that’s Ole?
@@fmthebaron Bob Roop not Ole Anderson
Who is the guy on the far left with the dreads?
Was this before or after OMG lost all that weight?
Man I wish one man would lose some weight. Thats so not healthy for him.....for anybody! I grew up watching him and all the greats from the 80s and 90s. I would love to be able to know hes going to be around for a long time to come. Heart attacks happen to wrestlers every day thanks to the steroid and drug abuse and hard living on the road. Idk if gang was part of the drug scene or not but if he was then he's REALLY in danger! I'd like to be able to keep all the wrestlers around for a long time to come...🙏
Ole seemed to be not really there until he spoke, I thought he had a stroke there.
I thought it was Ole too, I thought "What's with Ole?", but it's Bob Roop!
You would think with his weight he would have passed away before all these in shape legends! The irony of it all!
I believe all he did was Cocaine while hanging out with the boys. He must of quit the habit before it was too late. My uncle used to work for various promotions back in the day setting up the ring and other stuff. He would always come back with stories on how he would find a lot of wrestlers hanging out in the locker room playing cards and snorting coke. One man gang is one of the wrestlers who he would see constantly along with Hawk of the LOD.
He wasn't always this big in his later years... I remember for the gimmick battle royal at WrestleMania he was too thin for the Akeem costume, so he competed as One Man Gang.
Genetics does have a lot to do with it.
@@JonasDygd he had a massive heart attack I believe back in the late 90s. He did lose a lot of weight for a while
Same as Abdullah the Butcher
Akeeeeeem the African Dream!!!
I love the One Man Gang, no disrespect, But anyone else wonder if his chair was going to collapse?!!!
I can only hear Slick Rick singing Jive Soul Bro when I see One Man Gang. I remember watching OMG squash guys on Super Stars and I have fond memory of Macho Man beating him at Mania. I honestly thought Savage was in trouble cause I had seen OMG squash guys so often... to be fair I was like 7 or 8
Gang with the nicest burial ever
One man Gang had the coolest name in the business, he was my favorite big man wrestler
Who Is the guy to the left of Gang?
Ole Anderson and Bob Roop = separated at birth.
there is something both sad and endearing about Demolition still putting the face paint on wearing sweatpants
When wrestling was fun to watch...
