San loco is a loco company based in Bangalore, India and the Loco Engines for these is either a 27L CAT 3406 & 69L 3516B based on loco model mfd at Caterpillar Hosur facility, Tamil Nadu, India and happy to be part of the team who worked for it. Proud to be part of the CAT family.

ඕ O ஓ very nice to see this locomotive. No number. Driver cabin is in the middle. So hard to identify front side. More head lights. Wish to hear horn sound. May be try it again.

Nop . As I know retired drivers from SLR are working here.Those are not considered as Sri Lankan Railway staffs anymore
