This is 100% True! When I walked in the house I am purchasing now I felt like walking to the bedroom and taking a nap, it was just that comfortable to me.

As soon as I walked in, I knew it was the right one. My instincts were overwhelming and I didn’t have any hesitation about making an offer. I’ve looked at a lot of houses and tried to talk myself into liking them out of frustration from lack of great options. When it’s right, you just know. If only I had followed this instinct before getting married.....đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž. I close in 45 days and have been happily divorced for many years. Always go with your instincts, even if it’s not want you to do at that time.

Walked in - felt good - walked into kitchen - felt better - walked into the office - gave money.
That’s it! Everything ‘clicked’! And I mean EVERYTHING!!

It is 4am, I can’t sleep because I’m pretty sure I found my first place yesterday. It checks every box on my list, I’ve already started mentally removing popcorn ceilings and painting walls. I didn’t want to leave and I currently want to go back. 7 days ago I hadn’t even started the process yet

The one that stuck out is when you’re in that house and it feels like home. When all the anxieties and nerves melt away when you’re inside, and you know in your heart, mind, soul, body, what have you, this is THE one. I felt that with this one house and put an offer and HOPING that I get it, because it marked every single point you talked about. Wanted to also comment, you are hilarious. Wish I could have someone like you over here in the Pacific Northwest. Genuine, honest, funny, not afraid to be geeky about something, and helping not only LV area, but people all over the U.S. Thank you for making these videos.

I'm in the closing process on my house now. Honestly, all the other houses (except one I loved but was in an HOA which was a hard no-go for me)felt like "meh, I guess but I'm not feeling it" type feel. This house I am buying, I hadn't even seen the whole thing and I knew I had to make an offer that day or I'd never see it again and I really wanted it. And I was right, there were 3 other offers made that same day. I fought for it and close later this month! I feel very happy still with my choice, even after t he paperwork, inspection, repairs, etc.

It was so true I felt at peace when seeing the home I am closing on today. I feel when it feels like a home and no longer just a house to be seen it is the right home for me.

I keep finding the right home but always in the wrong location. The ones in the correct location are always lacking something fundamental like outdoor space, 2nd car parking, or a 2nd bedroom, or a really restrictive HOA.

The way we know We found ours: We were at the home on our Fourth yes 4th visit and each time it was usually an 45~ 1 hour visit. We were debating between two homes. Then We got word right as we were leaving the home that someone had placed an offer earlier that day. We both said 'we felt like someone had just punched us in the stomach'. We went home not wanting to make a 'snap' decision all the while talking during the 45 min drive. When we got home we call the realtor two hours later and asked him to make the offer. Within two days the seller accepted our offer over the others they received. Yes on #2 the home felt so warm and it was welcoming to us..'

Getting ready to close on a house in a few weeks... it is walking distance to best friends. At first it was like, wouldn't it be cool to live nearby, to viewing the house, the amazing floor plan with larger bedrooms, it fit my list of having a daylight basement, and my youngest loves that it has a pool, and it is a larger lot so the house has breathing space. And it's been well taken care of.

We have rented since we were married. About 12 years. I knew we wouldn't have a house right away, hence I asked for neutral colored things for tge wedding registry knowing it wouldn't clash with paint or wall paper of the rentals we'd be living in.
We looked at lot of nice homes at the top of our price range. Without knowing it I kind of went through them like I would any prospective apartment (We've moved a lot so I had a checklist of things I generally look for). They met most out criteria, but I felt nothing, it was just another apartment to me. I even tried to figure out which rooms would be the best for the office and ect. But I had no enthusiasm.
In the right house I actually accepted I could make changes to something I didn't like and make improvements.
The other houses I just wanted to paint the walls white so the grey would stop bothering me. I also couldn't justify changing the kitchen or bathrooms because they were very nice (expensive) already but oh so ugly! This just made it feel like an apartment.
