The little random space in your bedroom might be good to put a cot with the boys in (if it’s big enough) once they are slightly older but not old enough for their own room. I personally found it really hard with a baby sleeping right next to me with all the noises they make. But then once they go in their own room it seems so far away, it might be a nice little transition space 😂😍
It's beautiful. Your garden has such great mature plants I think it was my favorite part although the kitchen is pretty great too. Elle I just want to tell you how lucky you are to have such a positive person next to you he always is so positive. Not that your not cause you are as well. Well I think your new house is just great. This is a lovely house. Don't remove the wall of the shower, or the door. Everytime the shower is used there will be damp all over the bedroom. It is bad for the furniture, the carpet, the walls , nearly everything. Moisture needs to be embedded and needs to leave the house through a window or a suction system.Don't say you'd not been warned for a big mistake.

What a wonderful house and such a special time. Moving into somewhere that could be a forever home because of all the possibilities is so exciting. This property has so many interesting features to make life really enjoyable there. The only thing I couldn't help but note is the master bedroom balcony and small children. It was really good to hear you say you're putting glass out there instead of the climbable rails! As a mum myself I would be worrying all the time about keeping the doors locked to prevent any accidents. If they can't climb it, they can't fall over. You're going to be such great parents. The new house is beautiful. Try to liive with the wood in the kitchen for awhile. I think you will get used to it and it looks very warm. I think changing the doors out to white will look too much of a mishmash with black granite countertops and rest of cabinet still wood. You have so much light coming in to offset the wood, and you will soon have messy little hands on white cabinets. I think once you have your decor all done, and you see how rich that kitchen looks, you might like it. Also, if you extend your master bath area, you could have a much bigger shower.

Omgosh! Love love love so much potential! My interior design brain is going over drive. I’d get some plants into the main bathroom, big leaves ones ! In the master bedroom I’d paint the inside and outside of the wardrobes like you are with the kitchen, get them sprayed! And totally agree with the en-suite bathroom! I would extend it into the dog leg part of the bedroom! You could have a double sink! And huge double shower! ❤❤❤ Cannot wait to see you do all of it and watch along for journey!

I found your guys' channel just before yous moved into the new build, because i had started the house buying process too (we moved in april 2021 in the end!)! Your channel quickly grew to be a 'must watch/follow' for me which is soooo hard to come by on youtube nowadays. Its been so lovely following your journey and im soooooo happy for you both!
