Great insights on how AI can help us continue to lead and grow in the CX space, Amit! 🙌
Great insights.. especially the bit about the total scale of the BPO marked versus where Phillipines is ...indeed tip of the iceberg
Very insightful discussion! Really enjoyed macro and global level data shared by Amit
Great discussion Amit….
Great interview

Great topic!
AI systems and tools has a potential to be a god like Tools in Science and Technology. The only weakness is how good is the data
Great way for agents to enhance their ninja skills with AI now lol. 😂😂😂😂
Just answer Yes or No
How ironic... he is speaking about optimsm in human interaction but his last statement is about chatbot hiring.hehehe
I am scared shit for our BPO. I won't dare to make a prediction. Will AI replace philippine labor? Or will AI work hand in hand with people? But An AI avatar is as good as any human. Plus, it doesn't cost as much and take a day off.
@pichara8358 😔
No. AI will help but not replace humans there are still limitations to what an AI can do.

Someone teach to the Indian Guy that we don't say more faster and the same to the interviewer, it's a joke how someone who represents a company's as big as concentrix doesn't even know grammar. I guess is the same in other areas of his speech, you don't generate any trust.
