This is demonstration of tabletop plating machine for copper plating, silver plating & dye (gold) lacquer electrophoresis coating and curing.
Here we have shown following process for ......
1) electro cleaning
2) Acid copper
3) Bright Silver
4) Dye lacquer ( dye gold)
5) Oven curing
Table top machine has following features...
1) 2 CVCC rectifiers one for electroplating (0-12V) another is electrophoresis
(0-80V)
2) 3 tanks of 3 liters each and 1 tank of 5 liters
3) 1 pc air agitation in acid copper tank
4) 1 pc magnetic stirrer in dye lacquer tank.
