In my opinion enjoying that kind of stuff is not a weird thing, it's like being into er0tic books and magazines (depending on the weirdness). However, if the case is different I think it's weird. I have two sisters and they are both obsessed with Kpop and write these kinds of stories publicly online and I have to say it, it's one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen (imo of course) It's the same as a weeb being into hentai and body pillows and that degenerate shit.
And this, for the most part of the guys, is a red flag.
As a normal woman woud find a degenerate fuck a red flag, I would find being obsessed with fanfictions with celebrities and known figures a red flag.
In addition, the example you gave does not make any sense since this is seen as non-p0rn0gr4phic content, unlike porn videos. Having that on her phone is the same as you having a hentai folder on your phone ready to be read at any moment. If the guy had it on his phone, the girl would probably see it and he would get embarrassed.
Of course this is all about tastes and kinks, but for the most people, weird tastes are a red flag and you can't do nothing about it.
