Korean BBQ is the best. Looks delish!
To keep from sticking, usually I see the wait staff at the restaurant grease the grill with a small thick cut piece of bacon and/or dip the onion in oil and grease the pan. Then proceed to put the items on the grill.
For tender beef bites, cut the beef against the grain:)
