I couldn't have described the poker drama any better. It was def weird, but novices do weird stuff. The employee stealing the chips was the suspicious part for me.

I love poker and chess and follow both, so it's surreal to see both having drama that has permeated the world outside the hobby.

Does anyone else think that the chess cheating controversy and the poker cheating controversy are connected? What I mean is, there is a significant overlap in people who play these games or are interested in them. When a chess cheating controversy appeared, it may have primed many in the poker circles to become hyper vigilant for any sign of cheating. I find the likelihood of cheating quite low in both cases, but it seems like people are really worried about it.

Really she returned his chips? Hella weird for winning a pot and it was her last chips , that's why she chased the chips but why did she return his chips. On a hand , she may have been simply pot committed n was going to bust out 96 outta a 100 but w.e i don't get why she returned his chips. That's bonkers
