- Today I have the ALL NEW Pro Classic 100 Smokehouse from Pro Smoker! The same manufacture as the iconic Pro Smoker PK100. This new smoker has a ton to offer and it starts with a SUPER EASY assembly! Let me show you a few tips that make it EVEN EASIER!
Now we will dive into WAY more details in future videos, but let me give you a few reasons to get excited about this new smoker! First off, this Pro Classic 100s smoke house from Pro Smoker has an incredible temperature range of 80-300F, which means that this is A COLD SMOKER's DREAM! It also is built extremely well and is made of high quality materials. I also love how this can be ran with and without smoker, which makes it double as the perfect place to hold or rest food! Imagine smoking a brisket for 10 hours then ditching the cooler rest for the perfect 150-160F hold until its time to slice and eat... My mouth is already watering!!!
More to come on this new vertical smoker here at Andersons Smoke Show! Be sure to subscribe and I'll see you in the next video!

Welcome to the new world of sausage, jerky, and bacon, Drew!!! A Pro Smoker Smokehouse should be on everyones wish list!!! I love mine but these upgrades are insane from the previous PK 100!! Have fun learning a new cooking hobby brother!!!
Dude I can’t wait to get a few cooks in on these! I saw you got the Pro Max! I’m excited to see that thing in action!
@@AndersonsSmokeShow ya the upgrades on both models are awesome! Compared to the OG PK 100!!
Looks super nice! 🔥
Oh it’s nice as heck!
That's a great looking smoker with versatility in what you can do with that. I love the slide and lock shelf rack feature. That's a great design. I could see putting a ton of jerky in there.
Jerky, sausage, bacon, cheese…. These smokers ROCK for those kind of cooks!
It makes fantastic jerky!
Congrats on the new Pro Smoker Classic! It's a beautiful smokehouse and having experience using the previous PK 100 from Pro Smoker, it's gonna lay some beautiful smoke on anything you put in it.
Pretty sweet looking
Yes it is! Very excited to put this to work!
Great video, excited to see what you make in it
I found these things to be more like steam ovens than full-blown smoker - always had good results with them, but always did better with a grill/smoker with just about anything. If Chargrillers 980 was built better it would be the best grill on the market.
looking forward to seeing some cooks with this smoker. I understand the sausage, and jerky thing, but let's see how well it does with regular cooks like a pork shoulder, brisket or ribs, or a long 12 hour heated hold. I'm curious. I think everyone is going to start with sausage.
NICE
Thanks for watching!
Have you ever tried using charcoal pellets on the camp chef? And is it possible to mix the charcoal with wood?
Yes I’ve used the charcoal pellets. They are fine but I personally just prefer the 100% hardwood pellets like lumberjack. I’ve also used charcoal and wood in the smoke box at the same time, no issues there either
Interested to see how this does bc it looks cheap AF to be honesst. It looks like it is made of thin sheet metal. But hey I'm gonna wait for your review then judge. You the man.
I’ll dive into quality in the next video, but I’m honestly very impressed at the build quality. One thing to know is that Pro Smoker makes commercial smokehouses as well.
It's made from all commercial-grade stainless steel, just like the rest of our smokehouses!
so how does it produce smoke? You just put wood chips in that bowl?
Yeah along with some water. I’ll show it in the next video
First like 👍
🥰😘
I assembled mine a couple days ago. That damn polyfilm took me 2 hours to remove !! What a pain in the @ss !!!!
Yeah that was the worst part. Did you warm it with the hairdryer?
@@AndersonsSmokeShow No, it was 72 degrees here in Arizona. I should have tried that.
$1,800? Not.
Hahaha ya this is a big boy pit, you can't buy this one at Walmart!!! ha ha
Like Dead Broke BBQ said, these are high end and are top tier smoke houses!
This is acually one of the cheaper stainless steel electric smokers. Smokin-it has some nice stainless electric smokers with better temp control but the price is higher too.
