    1. How fast does this dry?
    2. And if so, can you use a blow drier or fan to make it faster?
    3. Is this braces safe?

    Omg new subscriber and I’ve been binge watching your series. One question, I want to make this icing recipe keto + egg free. Loads of keto royal icing have eggs in it. Will it be okay if I swap out the icing sugar with another sweetener? ( monk fruit sweetener ) and swap the honey with maple syrup? It would mean the world if I get a reply❤️

    I heard that the royal icing made with aquafaba will not harden so much on the cookies like the one with egg whites, for ex. I hoped you will go on in your experiment with these three types and see how they behave when they dry on the cookie. Maybe the honey one will still be sticky, or the aquafaba one will be soft after a while because of the big amount of liquid in it comparing with the little liquid in the glucose one.

    Hiii. Love your recipes!
    Just one question, a lot of people get confused between icing sugar and powdered sugar. You’ve stated icing sugar in your recipe, does it mean the one that already has corn starch in it or powdered sugar with no corn starch ? Please respond it would be a great help.

    • @bakewithspicesandflavors
      @bakewithspicesandflavors  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Yes icing sugar has cornstarch mixes into it and is also much finer than the sugar that you powder at home using granulated sugar. So use icing sugar only
