3 Questions! :
1. How fast does this dry?
2. And if so, can you use a blow drier or fan to make it faster?
3. Is this braces safe?
(Please RVSP soon!)
Ready to Frize use
Does the icing harden when stored in the refrigerator? If so, can we heat it a bit in the microwave or no?
Sugar n glucose method.. Will it work.. Should I try..?. N how long it takes to dry
I like that these methods don't have egg whites but do they set hard like royal icing ?
Does it hardened like regular royal icing?
Omg new subscriber and I’ve been binge watching your series. One question, I want to make this icing recipe keto + egg free. Loads of keto royal icing have eggs in it. Will it be okay if I swap out the icing sugar with another sweetener? ( monk fruit sweetener ) and swap the honey with maple syrup? It would mean the world if I get a reply❤️
Hi.. maple syrup would definitely work as I have tried it.. but I have never tried the sweetner that you have mentioned so I have no idea about the same.. sorry
Royal icing kereltaed or bhi videos laiye plz
I heard that the royal icing made with aquafaba will not harden so much on the cookies like the one with egg whites, for ex. I hoped you will go on in your experiment with these three types and see how they behave when they dry on the cookie. Maybe the honey one will still be sticky, or the aquafaba one will be soft after a while because of the big amount of liquid in it comparing with the little liquid in the glucose one.
Have already done that.. you can check our video titled diwali cookies for tbe same.. they turned out perfect
Your recipes are awasome. Can you please share separate video for whipping cream. We are in Australia and I am difficulty in making whipped cream. Every time after few mins water is getting separated from whipped cream.
It is already shared on the channel.. just search for stabilized whipped cream frosting spicesnflavors for the recipe 😃❤
Which one is best , complete dry to pack
Gr8 testing...can we use water based colour and if we warm little glucose syrup do u think it make any difference and lastly cant wait for next video
Warming up glucose syrup might alter its consistency.. but still there is no harm in trying.. :) Please do share your feedback with us if you happen to try that method :) yes you may but for baking always stick to gel food colours.
Hi..Good Morning what's the meaning of Aquafaba please?
Hi Sushma, Great video! How did you make your aquafaba?
Aquafaba is the juice from chickpeas. It will be the juice in a can of chickpeas. Don't worry! It doesn't taste like chickpeas! It's a great substitute! Hope this helps.
What to do to increase the shelf life of cookies??
Where can we get aquafaba?
Hey does the honey method give the same effect regarding stiff icing on the cookie?
Yes stiffness is same using all the 3 methods :)
After applying on cookie,do that stick to our hand
Thanx for d recipes. Just wondering what kind of freah cream do u use to frost the cake .I can't find any whipping cream at supermarket. I'm also from NZ.
Thank u
It will be there in red colour cap bottle.. pams anchor and meadow fresh three brands are available.. countdown will have its own brand too.. in the milk section that is cream
@@bakewithspicesandflavors thanx for ur reply.Just wondering do dey have whipping cream something like that we used to get in India not d fresh cream which come in red color cap bottles.

My family n friends loved your Nankhathai recipe....all r huge fans of Nankhathai now...thanks again for sharing the video
@@aratideshmukh that is awesome so good to know
Hiii. Love your recipes!
Just one question, a lot of people get confused between icing sugar and powdered sugar. You’ve stated icing sugar in your recipe, does it mean the one that already has corn starch in it or powdered sugar with no corn starch ? Please respond it would be a great help.
Yes icing sugar has cornstarch mixes into it and is also much finer than the sugar that you powder at home using granulated sugar. So use icing sugar only
@@bakewithspicesandflavors okay ma’am. Thank you.
Also,Does It apply to the royal icing recipe that we make using eggs as well ?
Hey, isn't the honey one more sweet ? As compared to the others? And how is their taste can you please tell!!
Thank you ✨
No it is not sweet.. for more details you can watch our diwali cookies video where this royal icing has been put to use
How long do these cookies last
What is 'icing sugar'? Is that the same as powdered sugar?
I would like to know how hard the royal icing dries on the cookies with these methods.
You can consider watching the follow up video of decorating cookies with royal icing to understand
@@bakewithspicesandflavors thank you so much for your reply I will keep watching and liking your videos, I love what your doing here
Can we use it in cakes also?
You may try.. it should work
how to store these cookies if making to gift
I have an Instagram reel for the same.. here is the link for you to see: instagram.com/p/CVHhiFOjZO_/ :)
What is aquafaba?
Yes could you pls let us know what’s aqufaba nd where I can I find this in nz
Aquafaba is basically the water that you get from boiling chickpeas.. You can buy tinned chickpeas from stores. Filter the water out. That water is aquafaba
@@bakewithspicesandflavors Thank you very much for the reply. By the way, all your videos are really good and informative. Keep it up!!!
