All this rubbish is happening because the husband is from the Yoruba tribe, assuming it's in my village (Aguleri in Anambra State). First of all, they don't even need to do a DNA test, but the wife will go out alone to the market place and make the confession and after that she will not live more than 6 months to die, even the children will still belong to the husband because according to our tradition the children belong to the man who paid the bride price. This is a very big abomination in my town.
Unfortunately if his name is on the birth certificates, it doesn’t matter if there his or not because he’s not legally responsible 😒.all a dna tests is is to inform him that they aren’t his biologically.

Which is why a corollary of this law is that this man is the legal father. And the biological father has no claim to paternity unless the father or children (when they're of age) dissolve their relationship.
