It's in the manual! Do not remove your SIM card when the phone is turned on. You can damage the SIM card and/or the phone. You could create an electrical arc and ruin both as well
i have a friend who just got this phone and i cant find the setting where u can set to delete old messages automatically sample say 30 days old or 7 days old does this phone have that feature if so can u tell me where? ty

@@CButler yep it's not hard but you have to go to setting and click on storage and click on SD card and then there will be three dots at the top right click on that and click and eventually you will find how to change to internal storage
how do you switch your storage to sd card without having to do the internal format? I don't wanna lose all my content but my phone storage is full and it's starting to get annoying.

@@CButler I've heard about some people using the Nova Launcher. Can't offer any praise/denial of my own since I've never used it. Just use the Moto App Launcher for now here.

I bought from HSN back in December for $49, it included the phone, a case and the reason I bought it 1 year of Tracfone service, 1500 talk minutes, 1500 texts and 1.5gb of data. I’ve been a Tracfone customer for 20 years and it works for me. Except for the data that is enough minutes and texts to last me a year and even carry some over. I’m a pretty light user. Wasn’t expecting much from the phone but I really have enjoyed using it. Only negatives is the 32 gb memory. I know you can put a micro sd in it and expand to 512gb but it’s just too big. Just fits in my cargo pockets.I picked up a 2020 iPhone SE for $50 so I will be using the Motorola for a few more weeks then switching to the iPhone. Haven’t decided if I’m going throw this in the drawer for a backup or take to the ECO AtM at Walmart and get $12 for it. If not for getting the SE I would have no problem using this phone everyday.
Trac just gave me one for free. I put iOS styling apps on it for the Apple feel. Use it on wifi and it does everything or catch the one yr Trac SIM for $29 on ebay.

I kept watching one your videos and dug deeper in the phone and found color correction. It is now off but you might want to explain as you are pretty good at it what that function does and can do. Worse android Motorola I've ever owned. And I've had three earlier Moto's. This processor is terrible and the signal acquisition is truly from China or Mexico. Who thought this would be a good entry level phone? Wrong. It's more than the one I replaced it with and there in is not one good thing about this as an entry level www android. It won't load when confused and I thought Motorola could do better. And it's not made here so what's the difference?
Good pointers, but you're going a bit fast, conversational more than instructional, not explaining your transitions from sectioin to section very well. The screen pictures are not clear or up close, sometimes requiring a magnifying glass to see what you're showing.The speech isn't very clear, requiring Closed Captioning. It's a bit frustrating. Stop-rewind a lot here. You're like the guy in the store who doesn't want to fool with you.

Actually you can move apps if you get the micro SD card that says a1 which means app performance it moves everything over to the SD

Use developer options screen animations turn them down to 5 it gets a lot snappier it's actually a pretty good phone

You can't do it on this phone unless you download a different launcher from the playstore

The apps at the top of the app tray show the most recent used apps, it's a feature built right in to the software, so I don't think it can be removed
