I noticed at the end that the guy with his head on the steering wheel is actually covered with the silver thermal blanket used by First Responders to keep accident victims warm and from going into shock. So that guy still alive and I think he's just stuck in the car which is why we see the firefighters taking the door off so they can get him out. When the paramedics show up they go to the other two people first and see how bad off they are and then go check on others. So they were doing triage. In the field day I have to assess who they can help and who is a lost cause quickly. I also noticed when we first see the woman cradling the body in the video she is glaring at Gaga which I think means that she saw what happened and knows Gaga is to "blame."

At one point where she’s in reality there’s a shot of a rich guy who’s car was blocking the ambulance truck who was getting the most care/an oxygen mask and he happened to be in her dream, too. It’s the same guy who had a mask put on his face.
At 2:02 it’s her floating up to heaven with the rose and halo, and the medics pull her back down and if you pause just right at 2:17 you get a glimpse of her waking up which is when she is pulled back down

I think the rope on her leg is like the paramedics bringing her back to life from dead, you can see a very quick clip where she woke up after she fell because the paramedics pull her down and bringing her back to life again. i love the video so much♥️, there's alot of details 😍
Art is sometimes more than presenting a plot, imagery, or any kind of tangible concept at all. Sometimes art is exactly what you are seeing, nothing more. The "art" of it is in how the viewer relates to it...beyond trying to figure it out. And that is the point of art, really, whether it's something tangible or not. What is your whole being's experience as you view it. Is it pulling you in. Is it challenging you beyond awareness. It just so happens that this particular work of art did have plot and imagery. I was almost disappointed when I realized it did. I like abstract, and I like it when there is nothing obvious to think about. The art pulls me in easier if I don't have to apply thought to it. The art of things is beyond thought. It is about becoming in a way that thought cannot possibly do.
