    It won't be perfect, but you could effect-send all of your drum tracks to an auxiliary track and put a 100% wet reverb effect on that auxiliary track (pick a reverb pre-set that emulates the type of room that you want). That would give you a fake room mic track.

    Ah! at first I was confused as to what this was going to accomplish but once you got the sound in there I realized that this is the effect that I hear a lot on like brand new's older albums and more of that punk/rock sound. thanks for this! I'm going to try it. But can't you get a similar effect with an EQ plugin and just kinda cut it so it gives a radio effect?

    Love the tips bro, each one is superb. Only one I've not used it LCR panning, I still prefer some detail in panning lol

    @paulsenification Actually the room we were in was horrible. You'd be surprised what you can do with a room mic.

    @recordingrevolution I do see a trigger plugin though, is it a blend of a sample? I use drumagog to blend most of mine.

    lets say...we have no room mic track, how can w emulate this effect?

    • @felipedahlquist4103
      @felipedahlquist4103 Před 6 lety

      Duplicate and aply room reverb emulation, then put down the dry and put all the way up the wet

    • @felipedahlquist4103
      @felipedahlquist4103 Před 6 lety

      Ponele reverb que emule una habitacion, despues bajale el dry y subile todo el wet
