This song is from Miyako's (1st) EP - Etude Op.23. She has taken 5 all time rock/metal classics, and one Lovebites song (that she wrote), and re-composed them as classical piano pieces. After Lovebites finishes their Judgement Day tour, Miyako will be giving a Recital in November of these compositions, and also some of her favorite classical piano pieces. Miyako is a musical savant - piano/guitar/Composer/keyboards/keytar/vocals/bass/drums/recording-sound engineer. She is also a Star Wars nerd, modifies her own guitars, and composes songs for other bands. She owns a parrot, a python, and dog named Wampa (Star Wars again),and is also the mother of a 2 year old. She is such a Super Woman I think she needs a uniform with a cape.

Maestro Miyako is a virtuoso on BOTH piano and guitar. She's also a master composer & arranger. In short, she's a generational talent which I'm glad I'm alive today to witness and experience.
It was last week in Osaka, her hometown. Helloween‘s concert was the 14th of September and LOVEBITES concert one day later. She also met with them for a drink the day before.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Pianoarrangement, welches einmal mehr die musikalischen Qualitäten von Miyako zeigt! Der härteste Song, den Miyako auf ihrer Piano-EP "gecovert" hat, war übrigens Metallicas "Battery". Erst nachdem ich von Miyakos EP mit Pianoarrangements von Metalsongs erfahren hatte, habe ich festgestellt, dass sowas auch schon andere zuvor gemacht haben, wobei insbesondere die Kanäle der Pianistinnen vkgoeswild und Gamazda Beeindruckendes zu bieten haben (beide spielen allerdings nicht nur Pianoarrangements von Metalsongs). Von vkgoeswild empfehle ich mal ihre Pianoversion von Metallicas "Master of Puppets": czcams.com/video/HIJPxxoF7dw/video.html Mir scheint, dass sie einen deutlich aggressiveren Anschlag als Miyako hat.
