This community is another affordable community which is not planned by Toll Brothers. This neighborhood has very reputable good builders who will definitely catch your eye. The starting price for these homes are from low $300K, and there are some in the mid $200K.
Awesome place to live and great neighbors who take care of their property and it’s quiet and safe with a wonderful walking and bike trail . Also well kept pool. And we now hav a traffic light to safely get onto Hwy 380❤️
