I wish the Main bedroom was upstairs
Some builders will offer the ability to move the primary upstairs, but it looks like Toll Brothers does not for the Truscott model. The views to the courtyard would be great from above though!
If you wanted pocket doors is that consider an upgrade or is it standard? Are bath tubs 🛀 a requirement? What happens when you done one a tub you just want all of the showers to be tub free and just standing showers.
Pocket doors would be an upgrade, but many builders don’t usually offer them as it changes how the doors are framed. Bath tubs aren’t required, but nice to have at least one in the house for resale value in case someone needs to bathe a baby or the elderly who cannot stand and shower. If you want to convert a bath/shower to just a shower from the builder, it would normally cost around $2000-$4000.
Beautiful home, but at that price tag, it should really have plenty of yard space.

@@erictran9785 I find that Toll Brothers does this quite a bit with their properties. Their homes in Nevada are a good example.

Beautiful home that is ruined by the orange peel walls 🤢. Smooth walls or bust for me.
I also like smooth walls, but builders tend to hide their dry wall imperfections with some wall texture
