to make Frankie Boyle laugh you have to be a damn good comedian
Exactly. I watched this yesterday, and this shows that you don't have to inject smutt into your routine to make people laugh.
I like Russell so much as a human being (he’s got a good heart), and he’s great with witty banter, but Jesus his stand up routines are shit. Not only how did he get famous that way, but how did he get so famous? So many lesser loved comedians who make me laugh so much harder. I think Russell’s gonna need to revamp his shtick.

Thia is something special. I have never seen anyone do a routine that every comedian on MtW finds hilarious. It has to be very clever and funny for Dara to like it. Frankie and Hugh never laugh at anything yet even they couldnt hold it back. This is what you call an exceptional comic routine and it was done by Tommy Cooper or Les Dawson, one of the old greats it would have gone down as one of the best comic routines of all time. Regards to Mr Stewart Francis!
